Causes of Joint Pain:


The human body has 206 bones and 210 joints. These joints are kept lubricated and free from friction by the help of a fluid called “Synovial Fluid”. However, due to age, stress, obesity & high blood pressure this fluid dries up, thereby increasing the friction between bones thus, causing pain in the joints. Gradually this may lead to inflammation & swelling, thus may lead to disease like Arthritis.

Asthijeewa Ayurvedic Massage Ball:

It is an innovative and natural technique for providing effective relief for joint pains. Asthijeewa Ayurvedic massage ball is a collection of exotic natural herbs which are known for reducing joint pain. The natural ingredients of this Ball are Sesamum Indicum, Alpinia Galanga, Tinospora Cordifolia, Madhuca Indica, Acronychia Pedunculate, Zingiber Officinale, Cinnamomum Verum, Curcuma Longa, Cocos Nucifera.

How Asthijeewa Works:

  • Do hot fomentation by tapping the Asthijeewa Ayurvedic massage ball gently over the affected area. Massage the joints with the ball in a circular motion. Massage in the clockwise direction for 5 times and then keep it still for few seconds and then massage again in anticlockwise direction for 5 times.


For Best Results:

For severe conditions massage Asthijeewa oil for 6 consecutive days. After each session leave the oil on affected area for 30 minutes and wipe off with a warm towel. Massage the joints with the Asthijeewa Ayurvedic massage ball in a circular motion. Massage in the clockwise direction for 5 times and then keep it still for a few seconds and then massage again in anticlockwise direction for 5 times.

 Do’s

  • Always do a gentle massage over the affected area using Asthijeewa oil before applying the Ayurvedic Ayurvedic massage ball.
  • Always keep the ball in a moisture free place.
  • Continuous usage on consecutive days is recommended.
  • Contents of this massage ball are only for External Application.
  • Keep away from children.


 Don’ts

  • Never mix water with the oil or ball.
  • Do not use the same ball for different people.
  • Do not use oil & ball on open wounds, cuts, inflamed & Edematous areas.
